Secondary stat for a fire mage

Seems currently many ppl hold different opinions on the priority of secondary stat for a fire mage, mostly about crit versus haste. I wonder what mages in Blood Legion think over this issue?

Which is better? Any caps/soft caps?

By the way, given the same gear lvl, what mage does the most dps now?
