Hey RIZ....What's your Hack???

Postby Gonchin on Fri Sep 30, 2005 7:40 pm

Heya Riz......how the hell did you resist every fear I threw at you the other day in AB?

I tried at least 4 times to use fear on you.....it didnt stick once. I know it wasn't the PVP trinket.....every time it was resisted, never even began to phaze your stoopid little gnome ass.

I know I'm a nub, but fuk...I know how to use that fear button. Nobody has ever resisted every fear.

Spill it bud...what hack you using? :P

Looking forward to the next time you kill my nub ass.

Highly doubtful. There was 1 time I feared him twice in the same battle. The time between the fears was not much longer than my cool down. 26 seconds is my cooldown I believe. Those pots have a 5 sec duration and a 1 min cool down.

umm, luck, trinket, berserker rage, death wish, action pots, smith trinket, fear ward...

no trick really, a good alliance warrior shoudlnt need to to worry about fear.

He's saying resisted, berserker gives an "immune" message unless im mistaken, and so does fear ward and death wish

High shadow resistance?

For PvP, it would make sense to have high SR. Warlocks mostly do shadow, priests do shadow, etc. Fear, seduce, etc., are supposedly enhanced by a warlock using CoS first, so it makes sense a high SR would help resist them.

I don't think I've ever resisted a fear, I just use berserker rage when a priest gets low on HP because I know he will fear. Oh and warrior's trinket only gets rid of stuns/slowing effects and not fear.

I say resisted...but i really didn't verify that through he combat logs.....some may have been immune.....Next time I'll look at the logs.

Sexy....umm...Riz is a gnome...the only good gnome is deep fried in peanut oil. :P

Retarded thread......you could say that......or......you could say a nub priest just learned something about a class that he hasn't played past lvl 10.

Riz - Thanks for the reply! You are one of the toughest warriors i have had to deal with in AB. Next time you kill me give me a /hug...lol

High SR doesn't mean you won't land stuff. It just increases the chances of something being resisted, or the chance damage will be reduced. Resistances in WoW don't work the same as they did in D2 or something, where you basically got damage reduction based on a percentage. I'd bet he just got lucky, had decent SR and resisted those casts.

I don't remember fighting you.

But anyways, milt, me or any warrior that knows what they are doing can't do anything better to make them look any better. So yeah, I don't need to pickup any tricks.
