UI in screenshots

Hi, I'm sure you have all had this request before, but I was wondering what the UI in those screenshots is on the other page. The interface and targetting just looks very well done and I'm looking for something very different, just for a change.

and i feel rreally dumb, but is there some reason my mac isn't showing this text?

hehe ya, sorry, couldnt' see what I was typing on my laptop. Much better on the PC.
