With the recent availability of haste gear my guild has run into, I was wondering your take on its effectiveness of it and/or where you should make sacrifices. I've noticed that haste usually comes at the price of crit, hit, or both. Though you can cap specials via talents, I've noticed significant dps decreases when I dip below 100 +hit and/or 28% crit (unbuffed). What is your take? What is best to sacrifice? Similar question about minus armour. It's been nice stacking minus armour and haste, though I've noticed either a side-grade to my dps or a decrease due to loss of hit. What say you?

After inspecting your enhance shams and many others, I've noticed there is a disparity between socket choices. I was wondering if you could elaborate as to why your enhance shaman typically stack the orange str/crit over pure str gems picking up the crit from gear?

On a more direct note, Tsalrioth, what team make-up did you use on your 2's to attain such a high rating and were you spec'd enhance for those arena battles?

I'd appreciate any input and thank you in advance sharing your thoughts/opinions on the aforementioned topics.

Just passing by because I love Zonker, and my other blood legion pals (but not as much as Zonker) I will forever mourn the loss of XNM's ebay.

Whats up with the front page? HAHA.

I'm gonna go with a few very simple responses to this question

I was wondering if you could elaborate as to why your enhance shaman typically stack the orange str/crit over pure str gems picking up the crit from gear?

a) critting is fun
b) waitlist on spinels / not enough desire to re-gem for marginal gains
c) critting is fun
d) all of the above

The problem with the haste gear is that there is only one piece that has haste and is best in slot. I do not value any stats over the others and try to stack them. I look at the item, and compare its overall stat values to what i have, and take it if its an upgrade regardless of what the stats actually are.

This is the same for Hit, dont focus on one stat, just get the best overall item. As for gems, the orange onces are a good mix of crit and ap, and so fit with the balance well. As said, Red gems also dont exist.

For pvp, i do 2v2 with a Warlock named Azuzu. Were usualy higher but we sell points rather then working on rating much.

P.S. Hi Float!
