I am in the Real Estate Title Insurance business and Purchases are dead. =/ Mikey start sending them to me! I will do your title work!

You guys need to move to Florida.

Do you know how many insurances I had?

I had 7 differnt companies.

Fire
flood
wind
homeowners
hurricane
few more i cant even remember but its a bunch of BS my anual ins was over 2500.
