Player from another Server asking about Heartbreaker 10man

Hello all,
My guild attempted this achievement last night but we were not getting very close, so upon doing some research I found that you guys are one of the few guilds that have this achievement. So I guess I'm here to ask what you guys did to knock out this achievement, any hints/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Take her out to a dinner then see a romantic comedy at a movie theater, give her a passionate kiss before she goes back up to her apartment and just generally show her a really nice time then don't call her or return her messages, talk shit about her to your friends, start going out with some dumb slut, etc.
