Dexter's UI
Posted: Tue Dec 27, 2011 12:07 amSo for about a week now, I've probably asked in the Blood Legion live Twitch stream 9 or 10 times if Dexter could please respond with what UI he uses. Time after time it was looked over, and questions right after mine were being answered verbally as if I never even asked anything. I figured that after a full week of asking and not receiving a single response, he must not like answering such questions over the live stream. So, I decided to politely ask him in game AFTER the guilds raid had ended tonight (so I wasn't a distraction during progression). I look back to the live stream and see him running around with my question in the background, and 5 minutes later.. he logs off. I mean come on, what the heck is this? Every time I asked it was always with the utmost respect, and never spammed or anything trying to make sure he read my post.
I decided I might have better luck giving a short PM to the guild leader Zonker as well as Riggnaros, two very well known players within Blood Legion. Almost immediately I received a response from both of them, mentioning they were not sure as to what type of UI he uses. Well look at that, within 2 minutes I received responses from 2 of the biggest names in BL, but yet I can't even get the attention of Dexter for a split second over the course of an entire week? How rude can someone be, like seriously. Like what the hell does someone have to do to get this guys attention? As someone who watches almost every live raid from Twitch and was actually even considering donating to the link provided in the live stream (no bullshit), I would expect more from a top player within the WoW community.
Google, WoW Ace, WoW Interface and Curse all came up empty, so I've decided to ask one last time before I just throw up my hands up and start supporting another guild (which probably means shit all to 99% of you). Finally, if by any chance it was his own custom UI and he had no intention of ever sharing it, a simple no would have sufficed last week.
