Ok a couple things to note as you venture into Dragon Soul. If you have anyway of doing Heroic Chogal and getting the trinket you want to do that. Its not hard and is definately pugable and Fall of Mortality is better than both trinkets your currently have. Another thing to note. IF you could get 2pc T12 2 pc T13, you need to do so ASAP. Doing looking for raid with some conq buddies who dont need the pieces and get T13 chest/shoulders, use T12 Helm and Legs, And LFR spine gloves. It will help out ALOT with your mana.

There are a good pair of boots which are Boe that you can get from valor points or from people pretty cheap in raid chat. There is also crafted bracers you should be able to get pretty cheap which are much better than what you are currently wearing. Spend your vp on ring/neck upgrades as I see you already got the cloak. Getting those 2 pieces of conq and getting a fall of mortality would be the absolute best course of action. Any form of 2pc/2pc is still better than 4pc T12 though.
