You have more than the required haste needed for Destruction so you should do well with any spec you wish to play with your gear, assuming that you reforge properly for each. For an idea of how each spec performs on each fight, please check World of Logs 25 man Heroic rankings for each spec - you will see that on most fights, they are all fairly close.
