CTMod Temporary fix

I have patched the CTMod UI temporarily until Cide has a chance to look at it. The module works and gives no error messages. However, the Buff mod part is not currently working. You can get the update at

well, 1.4a is now defunct-- oh woe is me. need my extra bars! any idea on when a fix will allow the interface folder to work with 0.11.0?

I already fixed and reuploaded it. All they did was change the version number in the toc, I think it works otherwise.
If not, I will have to wait until I get installed to look into it.
