Looks like Blizzard decided to copy the Pokemon Mania ideal and dish out rewards for collecting random cards:

I definitely want that Twisting Nether Card!
And omg a caster item that doesn't suck! That Blue Dragon deck is friggin' awesome if you're a high spirit build. Of course that screws warlocks though.
