Mine's 58 and I pretty much stayed feral for now because she can kill mobs virtually non-stop, only popping up for an occasional rejuve. I have an INT set of armor that gives me about 6.3k mana when running instances, but I find even w/o restore I do fine. I plan on going full restore at 60, though.

I've main healed Uld/ZF/ST/Mara uncountable times and people are always like, man your so good at healing, then I tell them that I'm feral specced with only like 10 points in resto atm, and they laugh, cry, then laugh some more. Heart of the Wild pwnz, and if I'm not playing the main healer/backup healer, then all melee and ranged people bow to me for my 3% crit increase.
