Hey all! Long time no see, I know. I had even quite WoW altogether for quite a while. Right now I get about an hour a month in (but my daughter plays a bit). My life is just very busy these days. I am however trying to drum up some new business on a site I created, so if you guys want to help me out, I will consider it pay back for helping with the website!

The site is http://colormypixels.com/ . Right now the site is brand new and has no owners. I am not asking you guys to actually buy anything, but to go and let other know about the site. I need word of mouth publicity badly! (although it would be really cool to see a small blood legion banner on there )

Hey verb, I am fully aware of that.

I just kind of tried to take it to the next level - he can only have 10,000 owners max. I actually did it more as a challenge to see if it could be done more dynamically than what he has - his updates are internal, mine are done by the owners, and you really can own 1 pixel.

I don't get it. Why would I want to own pixels on this site? Sorry if I am not understanding the concept.

Well, the original idea, as verb pointed out, was a marketing site, where companies are advertizing on the site.

What I was kind of hoping more for was a site where there are a lot of owners who might set the colors of their pixels based on those around them, so that the overall image has some type of images or areas of images building out of it.

Why should you specifically want to buy any? I personally would not, but there are people out there who might like something like this. I would actually like to charge much less, but the processing fees on a $2 transaction are phenomenal.

I have already been trying to reconsider how I can revamp the site so that it is cheap to free, but can still pay for itself (maintaining 1,000,000 users will take dedicated resources, if I get that many users). I want it to be something fun that people enjoy visiting.

Hey Lardo! Yeah, I have a priest on Silver Hand, although I take so long between playtimes these days, I forget how to play and have to go find some stuff to relearn on, heh.
