In Game Movies..?

I know I can do it, like with Counter-Strike and what not, but I was wondering if someone with a BETA account could record a big battle or clan raid and share it with us. I know Microsoft has the software for this reason, but I dont remember what it is called..?

Well, at one point there was a post by Katricia saying that we are not to publish movies of in-game play. Maybe it was part of the Terms of Service as well, I don't know.

Afraid? no. Respectful? yes. I wont stop other people from posting movies (obviously). But private or no, Blizzard has asked us not to make in-game movies, so I don't.

No movies, thats why some sites are doing what they call "Beta TV" which is a series of Screen shots. Blizzard did post saying not to make movie clips of the game.
