1) Kill Quartermaster (can be done in a raid)
2) Loot Blackhand's Command(everone in raid can loot it)
3) Read Blackhand's Command
3) Run UBRS
4) Kill General
5) Use orb behind General (everyone can use it)
6) You're Attuned

actually, he's been there all along. instead of going right at the top when you head to brs.. take a left at the T. he as at the end of the hallway.

No, he's a new spawn. I've gone left instead of right numerous times just to kill mobs for shards to summon nubs for UBRS runs.

Get ready for some serious PvP peeps, this place is gonna be total chaos patch day! LOL! Biggest problem is gonna be campers who give a crap about BWL or can't run it. Everyone may be glad that Wrath is leaving/has left. Not that they're so tough, just a PITA.
