Well, a blue finally addressed this and they are looking into (Blizzards eye of nerf obliterates all in its sight) it. Said they are reevaluating the damage because previous balance tests had been done with the bug in place.

But then...why would they "fix" it in the first place?

Did they fix eviserate? :p I usually only hit those for 700ish for some reason Dagger rogues can only ambush/backstab and hope to kill someone quick otherwise they're screwed.. imho atleast
