Happened to me 4 times already. Each ticket took roughly 3 days for a GM to respond (Responded through the WoW mail system nonetheless).

After 15 minutes of waiting, I just gave in and took the spirit rez.

It won't cost you more than 4-5g for repairs. A full repair (with everything down to 0) from MC/Onyxia usually costs me 6g. Spirit rez is a 25% durability hit, so even with an assload of items in your bags, it'll still be 4-5g max.

You can easily farm the gold back with the time it takes for a GM to respond and more than likely they'll just say what Zx just said.

well since im not raiding its alot of money, i got this green staff the other day and it paid for my repairs

actually, not raiding is cheaper than raiding. I end up with big repair bills after every raid. If i'm group at least I end up with those random BOPs and the mobs drop a little bit of cash.
