UI Work arounds

Blizzard changed some code and didnt tell mod authors so there are a few problems atm

For temp fixes, delete the following addons or disable them

CT_PartyHealth
Nurfed_Locked
UberQuest
Turn off show quest levels under MISC options

Also if you are using any kind of mod that changes the way quests work be sure to turn it off

will do, those errors are annoying as hell ><
