60 hunter saying hi

Postby mica1217 on Wed Aug 17, 2005 2:49 am

this is Warkat, 60 hunter from OCG

a new member of yours, robjustice, has repeatedly told me that you might be shy some hunters.
yes, I saw that your not looking for hunters right now, yet I'm still posting this in hopes that it might not be true.

I'm on all the time so just send me a tell in game if your willing to try me out some time.

I'm quite sure that I've ran with a few members in the past, such as cookiemage and a few others.
(I'm just not good at remembering names)
anyway, I'm sure I'd fit right in, so give me a shot.

cookiemage, cookieman, something like that...
I mean no disrespect.

anyway, I gues the jokes on me...that's cool.
anytime I can make a few laugh is a good thing.

anyway, I think I'll send out a few in game mails saying that I'm looking for a tryout.

also, please respond here if you could use another hunter.
being and officer in my current guild keeps me hella busy, and I might miss a single wisper.
(if you wisper me, please send again if you don't get a reply right away.)

Have you got no loyalty towards your guild at all? The least you could do is let your guildies know this and /gquit.

What niss is trying to say is that we value loyalty, and shopping yourself around without your guild knowing is kinda... disloyal.

The best people to get into contact with if you're looking to apply are Zxtreme or Aries, but our officers work also (Playless, Tigerprawn).

Toss them a tell.

I'm an officer of OCG.
this will likely change as of this sunday, when I step down.
already 2 officers know that I'm stepping down from this position due to matters I wish not to make public.

please understand that OCG already lost an officer in the past week, and I will not just leave then high and dry at a time when many changes are happening.
(at least not while I'm looking for a new guild.)

I am in no way typing /gquit just to make someone happy.
I am still loyal to my guild, and am still working hard for all my guildies.
infact, I'm sure from time to time, I will run with some of my close friends and help them in any way I can.
(what my guild tab says will never change that.)

loyalty is not just /gquiting, but willing to give 100% of your time and effort while your still in a guild.
while staying in my guild will change shortly, untill that time, my efforts will be still aimed at OCG.
if I was told that you had an opening, or you wanted me to make a few runs with you as a tryout, then maybe, I would send my formal letter to my GL, and remove my guild tab at that time.

while yes, I'm asking to join, I still have not been told there is a true or real opening for a hunter yet.
so untill I speak with some of the leaders first, I'm going to slowly take things just one step at a time.
once a leader speaks to me then he'll understand why I'm not just typing /gquit so fast.

I'm not the type who quits a job without giving some time for my job to cope...I feel the same way towards guilds.
while I have time to do a few tryout runs with you, I still wouldn't join a new guild till sunday the earlyest anyway.
untill that time, my guild tab remains.

I hope noone finds my choices distastefull even if they might be different then what most would do.
I'm just looking out for my friends who will be remaining in my old guild.
