F warlocks

Well, The lock changes have the largest impact to the fun a druid can have in IF (where the screen shot was taken). For a druid it is a relatively safe playgroud, even solo. Now locks have the ability to mess with our fun.

you were in cat form, which has crappy health. I told you the way to beat a warlock is not do offensive until they run out of mana, bear form, bear form interrupt,bear form heal, warstomp and heal, back to bear form. There is no way the lock can keep up with your health. Just like you do in duels. Just cuz we're cloth doesn't mean cat for is the way to kill us.

That soul fire is a 4 sec cast with talents(6 secs without), sadowbolts are 2.5 secs with talents( 3 secs without) That is a lot of time that the lock is sitting there casting while you can fake out the fel hunter's spell lock( I'm guessing that's what the lock had out) to only get silenced and heal after that 3 secs.

Or you can do what almost every other druid does, get into travel form and run out of range to heal and get back to it.

you guys can fucking sit back and laugh at that shit all you want, but none of you ass clowns know what its like to lose to people who are VERY obviously much less skilled and equipped then you are. warlocks will always be the class people shit on, cause it was the class that was most easily shit on at launch, and everyone here knows it was true. ive thought about re rolling my warlock many, many times in the past, before i got alot of my gear and even then, the only thing that really kept me playing was BL and the hope that 1.7, 1.8, and eventually 1.9 would bring Warlocks up to par with even half of the other classes out there

so dont fuck with us, unless youve played one to 60, farmed soul shards, done your time banishing all of garrs adds, banishing Lava Packs, getting yelled at cause you miss one and someone dies

honestly, run/heal, warstomp/heal, insta heal, and bear heal are our only options against an attentive lock who uses hound CS and fear as spell interrupts...

and when you're critting for 2k+, those dont cut it.

lock vs. druid SHOULD be auto-win or draw for a lock if they know how to play.

Well I was near IF when I died so my combat log was spammed. But I even got the jump on this lock. I started out with a ravage for 700. This was the only attack I got off on him. He deathcoils immediatly. While im in deathcoil he fears me and dots me up. As the dots break the fear he fears me again. I pop out of cat and NS then healing touch and go to full heath. While I did that im dotted again I cure my curse and the screanshot explains the rest. But I spent a good 30 seconds running around feared in cat form.

This is not a nerf warlock post just many warlocks seem to cry alot (stormcrow). Maybee this might help shed some light on what a warlock can do. BTW the lock had half his maana left and almost full heath and never used his stone or life tap. Im one of the better geared druids on the server I have 4600 heath and about 7k maana and decient resists.

nuf said. orcs just suck at life and wow. they are a angry class =( thats why my warlock is undead!!! and i killed a 60 paladin as a level 41 warlock grouped w/ kontauros on his hunter that was level 43 so warlocks are overpowered! the pally had some mc gear too

But Pali's always suck. Warlocks just used to.

Believe me, warlocks had their fair share of shortcomings previously, and we kinda got a reputation as being patsies for most other classes. Now that we actually have some balance, people can't stand the fact we can kick as much ass as we have kicked.

Also, back in the day, few warlocks realized and understood the power of the Felhunter, especially against other casters. Stupid us. Of course, back then, only the undead could counter our fear/seduce, and it didn't have diminishing returns like now, so no one used the Fel.

Haha I wanted to roll with a felhunter all the time even before they implemented it. Lorewise it's the coolest pet we have.

For me seduce does the trick against more classes, there's nothing more annoying to a rogue or a warrior that to have the first shot and go to sleep.

Fel is great against casters I have no doubts about that, just that it's not a well rounded pet for all fights, and it's the only pet that still lags out when mounted.
